Attorney Bentley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Business Management. He received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School. He has comprehensive experience in contested and uncontested divorces, obtaining social security benefits, elder law, criminal law, and preparing comprehensive estate plans.

Prior to law school, Attorney Bentley worked in the financial sector advising clients on various financial matters with Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, and Citizens Bank. These experiences, combined with his legal background, allow him to offer clients an integrated approach to planning for divorce, managing family assets, negotiating legal settlements and persuasively arguing on his client’s behalf. His background in the financial sector provides him with critical analytical skills that are invaluable in all legal matters his clients face.

Attorney Bentley is an avid sports fan who loves both watching his kids play sports and coaching. Most weekends you can find him on a field – watching his son play soccer or coaching a baseball game. His love for athletics and desire to positively impact the youth in his community inspired him to donate his time to various youth organizations.
